Overview
Recruitment Resourcer Sector - Industrial Loctation- Newbury Salary- £25,000 OTE £40,000 How will you spend your days? Search for suitable candidates for current clients via headhunting methods and online job boards Qualify candidates for general registration purposes and against specific vacancies Make recommendations to consultants as to the suitability of candidates for specific vacancies Manage advertisement responses through initial screening and qualification Update candidate information and activity on international in-house recruitment database Network with candidates through multiple social media tools. Desired Skills and Experience At least 6 months in recruitment but would look slightly less Someone keen to progress with a clear career path and goals Someone with an interest in recruitment Personable, honest and dedicated. Who are you? You will be confident on the phone You will have experience in a sales environment, recruitment experience is a bonus. You will be well spoken and well-presented You will be well organised attention to detail is key You will be able to multitask So why apply?
