Overview
IT Trainer – Glasgow Preference - £28,000 DOE Our Client: Reed Technology are delighted to be promoting an IT Training position based in Glasgow supporting sights across Scotland. The IT Training expert will be working in partnership with the L&D team to implement new processes and business and culture changes to support and exceed the company’s targets. The role: Implement IT Training courses and lectures, both in a classroom and digital platform Provide Coaching to new starts Develop current employees learning The successful candidate will be expected to prepare eLearning tutorials Responsible for providing IT Support when required Supporting projects Occasional Travel to client sites across Scotland Competency/Skills Required: Two to three years’ experience in providing IT Training in Classroom or Digital form A decent understanding of Training methodologies Confident understanding of Microsoft platforms Desirables: Previous experience working in the legal sector Previous experience working within IT Support, ideally 2nd to 3rd line Perks of the Job: Medical & dental insurance Health cash plan Sport club membership Travel Insurance Holiday buy & sell club Much, Much More
