Overview
My client , a specialist business services company with a multi - million turnover are looking to recruit a hands on Finance Manager who will play a fundamental role with the responsibility for the integrity and maintenance of the groups management accounts , consolidations , VAT and Taxation , cash management and KPI's The Finance Manager reports directly to the Financial Controller , and is responsible for the month end close process , preparation of the company's monthly management accounts , act as Finance Lead with department heads , ownership of departmental P&L's and cash flow and working capital reporting . In addition the role provides support to to the FC with emphasis on statutory reporting and balance sheet integrity . The successful candidate will be formally qualified with at least 3-5 years industry accounting experience with strong people management and influencing skills who can adapt to various stakeholders. .
