Are you an experienced Vehicle Technician? Do you enjoy diagnosing vehicle faults and providing technical support? Are you looking for a work-life balance and no weekend work? As a Technical Helpdesk Engineer with the MSX Global group, you will have the opportunity to deliver technical and diagnostic support for our automotive partner, a leading car manufacture. The ideal candidate is an automotive professional, possibly as a Master Technician, Senior Technician or Workshop Controller, with in depth technical knowledge on vehicles and a passion for technical resolution. It is likely you will have experience of resolving issues successfully and efficiently through clear explanation and coaching skills, as well as deliver first class customer service. Your responsibilities: Day to day you will be working as part of a team of Technical Engineers to accept enquiries, provide guidance and technical instruction to the approved repairer network and also independent repairers. Other duties include: ? Record data as required into a computer system, provide vehicle and concern details if / when required about any particular case. ? Participate in regular system and product training (overnight stays as required at the training centre) ? Identify and report on Vehicle Case Histories, trends and analysis Your profile: ? Master Technician, Senior Technician or Workshop Controller experience ? Experience of Toyota Brand although not essential would be an advantage ? Experience of Compass System although not essential would be an advantage Working pattern and location: ? 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday) ? Working in Burgh Heath, Epsom What we can offer you: ?
