Waterbeach, Cambridge – Lead Software Developer – Up To £65k – C#, .Net, ASP.Net My Client based in Cambridge are a leading software company, creating market leading technology and software used globally. They are looking for a Lead Software Developer to work hands on developing the companies specialised software whilst providing support and guidance for more junior developers. Main Duties: Provide hands on development throughout all stages of the software development process Mentor less experienced team members Programme and deliver quality software Work alongside the hardware teams throughout the development process Create functional design including costings and specifications to present internally Skills and Expertise Required: 5 years commercial development experience Skilled working with C# .Net Knowledge of Embedded software tools or Linux operating systems beneficial. Experience mentoring and guiding more junior developers Understanding of Signal Processing beneficial but NOT essential The salary for this position will be circa £65k depending on experience, including a generous benefits package.
