Rayner Personnel Vacancy ESTATE AGENT HEAD OF PROPERTY MANAGEMENT HACKNEY, E8 Basic Salary: up to £45,000 plus BONUSES This is a fantastic opportunity for an experience and competent HEAD OF PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. The candidate should be thorough, personable and committed. You will be responsible for all aspect of the property management team across 3 offices and be required to proficiently deal with all issues raised by tenants. Renewals and basic accounts skills The skills required for this HEAD OF PROPERTY MANAGEMENT role will include: Previous experience in lettings and/or property management/basic accounts Excellent customer service Strong organisational skills Previous ability in running a team of people essential Confident in liaising with other sectors Good telephone manner Our client prides themselves on being independent, honest, versatile and fully licensed.
