Overview

My client, a nationally recognised not-for-profit organisation now has a fantastic opportunity for a Head of HR Business Partnering to join them on a permanent basis. As Head of HR Business Partnering in this key role within the HR leadership team, you will develop, coach and lead the HR Business Partner team to drive this organisation’s ambitious strategic objectives and performance. You will also be working closely with the business yourself to provide a consultative, challenging and influential contribution to the development of the business agenda. To be considered for this exciting role you will need to be an experienced strategic HR Partner who can demonstrate proven experience of influencing and creating innovative and impactful solutions across a wide range of people and organisational issues, including transformational change. This role will ideally suit someone who is agile, innovative and customer-focussed in their approach and excited to contribute to transforming and forward-looking organisation. You will also be comfortable navigating through complexity and ambiguity, likely gained from your previous experience of operating in a large, complex and nationally dispersed organisation.
