The partners are commercially astute and further growth and opportunities are very likely Due to more interesting and varied clients coming on board, there is a varied and challenging workload to be tackled in the conveyancing department This is a great opportunity for paralegal or training contract seeker to come on board to a ready-made client base and ideally develop new business on top Duties: · Good experience, gained post-graduation, within a law firm handling litigated files · Assist with property disputes, landlord & tenant, debt, contract disputes and contested probate, personal injury · Support other fee earners collating trial bundles, preparing court documents and attending court · Handling a fully litigated caseload of litigation files · Supporting the senior members of the team with general case preparation while arranging/attending conferences and client meetings etc. Candidate requirements: · Current paralegal experience · Comfortable working at pace in a busy team Excellent prospects are on offer, including fantastic scope for progression and ongoing training and support.
