Join the Information Technology team as a System Administrator As a System Administrator you will work with maintenance and operation of our modern global infrastructure supporting our employees and work environment. We are looking for someone who is service-minded and has the ability to bridge technology and business needs. You are used to responding to multiple demands in a fast-paced environment. We see that you have had a significant role in a large technical project. What you will do as Junior System Administrator Respond to tickets and projects Based on business initiatives, identify hardware and software needs Configure and maintain hardware platforms, virtual and cloud environments Monitor and respond to network security events Implement standards across global locations Configure and maintain device and platform images Ensure that backup is configured appropriately and running Work within the guidelines of security and compliance requirements, including ISO, GDPR, PCI, eDiscovery, HIPPA, SOC II Stay current with the industry to evaluate and propose new technologies as required Implements and document new technologies to meet project goals Install, configure, troubleshoot, and otherwise support infrastructure Proactively work to improve the global infrastructure Maintain documentation for systems and services Ongoing execution of patch management Your requirements First relevant working experience required Certification in a technology preferred Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Experience of Windows Infrastructure Experience of hypervisors, cloud computing and storage The ability to understand and compute storage and capacity Maintains network security: ACLs, firewalls, VLANs, switching & routing Knowledge of authentication methods: SSO, OAuth, LDAP Maintains log files for patching, backup, network Basic scripting experience in PowerShell Experience of monitoring, anti-virus and automation tools Solid troubleshooting skills and documentation experience Solid oral and written communication skills in English About us We are a global company with offices around the world, including the United States, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Germany, the Netherlands, South Africa, Australia, Singapore, Spain, UAE, the UK, and Vietnam.
