Overview
The exciting opportunity to become part of a well reccognised Technology company has presented itself. My client are looking to add an exceptional 2nd Line Engineer to their expanding IT team. The company has recently acquired some major new account holders and are ready to start their recruitment process. You will be taking part in Office 365 Projects, Cloud Migrations and supporting the senior Infrastructure Engineers. You will also handle ticket escalations and deal with a multitude of technical issues so the opportunity for both internal and client facing support awaits. Whilst extensive training will be provided, you must have a strong 2nd Line skill set and be willing to progress into the Infrastructure side of IT engineering. Necessary Skills: Cloud Technologies - Office 365 Virtualisation (Citrix/VMware/Hyper-V) Windows Server Knowledge Strong Active Directory Windows Exchange Sever Desirable: MS Azure Previous Experience at MSP Microsoft 201x Certifications SharePoint PowerShell For anymore information please get in touch.
