Ionic is a privately-owned UK business based in Shoreditch, London. Client Support Executive We are looking for an energetic and presentable graduate to train and support our professional clients. Working as part of a broader customer support team your role will be to deliver outstanding customer service and training. Training is delivered on a one-to-one basis either on the client site or over the phone. As well as providing initial training for new clients you will proactively call existing clients on a regular basis to ensure they are happy with the service and offer refresher training. This is a key component of our customer retention strategy. Full training in the Alpha Terminal software will be provided before you start training clients. This is also an opportunity to learn about investment and trading. Responsibilities will include: Providing training to professional clients face-to-face or via remote access. Some travel in the UK will be required. Providing telephone and email support to professional clients. Making outbound calls to clients to ensure they are happy with the service and to offer refresher training where appropriate. Liaising with the IT teams of key clients to ensure the timely rollout of software upgrades. Setting up and updating new client accounts on the database. Supporting the sales team. Requirements: Highly literate and numerate Good IT skills Excellent spoken English Confident one-to-one with senior clients Confident making outbound telephone calls
