Overview
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Company Commercial Solicitor to join an established law firm based in East Yorkshire. Upon joining the thriving team in this fast paced environment you will be required to hit the ground running and manage your own caseload from start to completion. You will have a broad range of company commercial matters to work on which will include asset and company sales & purchase, franchise agreements, corporate and business reorganisations, commercial contracts, and trademarks and IP cases. The team acts for a wide variety of clients on both a local and national scale and they have built a great reputation for their firm through the quality of work they produce and the excellent quality service they deliver. Our client provides a great working environment and will support you in developing and growing in your career. They believe hard work should be rewarded and so there is an opportunity for progression for the candidate who demonstrates the capability and work ethic needed for this. The firm is looking for someone with at least 4 years PQE, however this is a guide line and candidates who fall outside of this bracket with relevant commercial skills and experience are encouraged to apply.
