Overview
Our client, a leading East Yorkshire firm with an enviable reputation is looking for a Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join their already successful team. Working on behalf of a loyal client base you will handle a broad caseload of sales and purchases, share and asset sales and purchases, company formations, shareholder and partnership agreements, terms and conditions of trading and guarantees, charges and debentures and commercial lending requirements. The successful candidate should ideally be 2 years PQE, however, this level of experience has been given as an approximate guide for applicants and our client is happy to consider the applications of candidates who fall outside of this level but who have the relevant knowledge/experience, together with the enthusiasm for this particular role.
