Employment Solicitor

One of East Yorkshire's highly regarded law firms is looking for an Employment Solicitor to join their team. Handling a broad caseload of employment matters from discrimination, redundancy, maternity, paternity and adoption rights to trade union disputes and boardroom disputes. Although the majority of the work is respondent in nature there are also a number of claimant matters such as settlement agreements. Our client does have a telephone advice line to assist their respondent clients and the successful candidate will be expected to provide support with the advice to these companies. The successful candidate should ideally be NQ and above, however, this level of experience has been given as an approximate guide for applicants and our client is happy to consider the applications of candidates who fall outside of this level but who have the relevant knowledge/experience, together with the enthusiasm for this particular role.
