Overview

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Infrastructure Engineer or 3rd Line Support Engineer to take on a team lead role for our client based in Norwich. There are a number of challenging infrastructure projects ahead, which you will be heavily involved in, from architecture and design through to delivery. Currently they are looking for strong experience in Firewall, VPN, LAN, WAN and routing skills, with the ability to review architectural documents and be the technical authority for the business. You'll be heavily involved in the overall infrastructure strategy. There is a team of 4 who you will be responsible for, including coaching, mentoring and personal development plans, 121's, training and more. Desired experience: Windows Server 2008/12/16 AD and Group Policy SCCM Windows 7/10 and Office 365 (Exchange and EMS) Admin VMWare and Citrix Strong Fortinet Firewall Networking/Routing - MPLS, WAN, VPNs Solid communication to liaise with non-technical stakeholders ITIL experience This role would suit a seasoned 3rd Line Engineer looking to make the move in to leadership, or someone already leading a small team.
