Key responsibilities: - Provide clients with 1st and 2nd line support - Occasional 3rd line support and onsite visits - Accountable for the successful running of the helpdesk Essential Skills & Experience: - Minimum of 3 years IT experience - Helpdesk management software - MS Windows 10, Apple OSX, Android and IOS - MS Azure and MS Windows Server 2012 - MS365 and Active Directory - MS Office applications - LAN, WAN and WLAN Salary of £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience.
