Overview
Allen Lane is recruiting an interim Benefits Manager for a complex public sector body based in Westminster. For an initial period of 6 months, you will work within a large Professional Services transformation programme to identify and define benefits. As such, key duties include; Work with the programme Delivery Director and Head of Change to document our Benefits realisation strategy and develop our benefits realisation plan Work with Project Managers and teams across a variety of work-streams to identify and define financial and non-financial benefits to be delivered Develop a programme benefits map and drive benefits delivery across the programme Design benefits tracking plans. Previous experience identifying, defining and documenting benefits in complex environments is essential. Previous experience doing so within Higher Education would be extremely advantageous but not essential.
