Overview

IT Business Analyst Service Operations Service Desk Transition ITIL Outsourced Up to £550 per day Inside IR35 (via Umbrella Company) South London My client is a leading IT Business Analyst who are urgently looking to hire an IT Business Analyst with demonstrable experience in a Service Operations capacity and ITIL environment, overlooking Service Desk Transition(s) and Outsourcing Projects. In this role you will play a key role on a major Programme of work to migrate the business' Mainframe Infrastructure and define the new and amended Service Management processes and capabilities. You'll be expected to support the Project Managers by performing analysis tasks across a variety of Projects within the Programme, participate in Programme workshops in defining and documenting processes and requirements, plus develop SLAs, KPIs and other metrics to allow measurement of Supplier performance during the Project and into live operations. Other responsibilities will see you identify risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies (RAID) for the workstream ensuring they are raised and logged in a timely manner, work alongside the outsourced supplier teams to ensure requirements are met and satisfied appropriately, plus identify opportunities for improving the Service Operations to drive further efficiencies. Key Requirements: IT Business Analysis Demonstrable commercial experience across IT Service Operations Previous experience of working on Service Desk transition(s) and/or outsourcing projects Commercial ITIL environment experience Proven ability to identify risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies (RAID) Nice to have: Working knowledge and understanding of Mainframe technologies Insurance Industry experience Immediate availability If interested with relevant experience, please send a latest CV ASAP.
