This FTSE 50 employer of choice who is a market leader in the Hospitality space is looking for a high calibre Interim to carry out the following duties whilst they source a long term perm replacement. The Role:- This is an exceptional opportunity to join the UK's largest hospitality provider, in a role which will be key in driving controls framework across the Group. Initially focused on General IT Controls (ITGC) and Procurement, the role will be instrumental in the development of existing Controls Framework to cover other non-financial risks across the Group. What will you be doing:- Developing and expanding controls framework, focusing initially on the use of our IT General Controls framework and our controls around third party service providers. Documenting process flows for Procurement and ensuring that controls are in place to mitigate risk. Helping to challenge and drive Controls Framework forwards, expanding it to include key non-financial risks across the Group. Owning Group wide policies and procedures, driving consistency across Brands and Group. Producing reports and summaries to engage and update key stakeholders. Working with Internal Audit and external auditors to ensure our controls framework meets the needs of the business and ensures an efficient external audit process Interacting and managing a wide range of senior stakeholders, including: Group Finance Director, Group Financial Controller, Group Head of Group Financial Reporting & Control Brand Finance Directors & Financial Controllers Internal and External (Deloitte) Audit Audit Committee Executive Committee
