Page Personnel are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator for a leading SME business in North East Leeds. Client Details Our client is based in North East Leeds, this business is a leading SME. The company is recruiting a Sales Administrator. Description Sales Administrator - Leeds Key Responsibilities: Support the sales force with general operations to help reach the team's objectives Process sales orders and purchase orders Ensure artwork is received in correct formats and signed off in a timely manner Make sure all delivery dates are being met Check data accuracy in orders and invoices Raise invoices Handle incoming telephone calls Provide administration support to the sales team Update our in house database system Ensure the Order Action Overview is updated daily Reception duties - meeting and greeting clients and visitors, main telephone switch board, enquiry email distribution Any other duties as necessary Profile The successful candidate will ideally have: Excellent multi-tasking skills Highly organised Ability to work to strict deadlines Very strong communication skills Be pro-active and able to handle a variety of admin tasks Must be detail oriented Working knowledge of Excel, Word & Outlook Job Offer £20,000 - £25,000, 37.5 Monday - Friday, 28 days holiday, on site parking.
