Real Estate Plot Sales Fee Earner Leeds QED Legal are working with a leading independent commercial practice in Leeds who have a stellar reputation as being one of the alternative firms to the big nationals. Despite the disruption caused by COVID-19 the firm continues to operate, with the majority of their staff working remotely and flexibly, which is a big selling point of working here. This is a brand new role and they are looking for a fee earner with plot sales experience to join their team. The majority of the property work the firm do is commercial and they act for leading national developers in relation to plot sales work. You will have good plot sales experience and your day to day role will involve: Running your own caseload from inception to completion Dealing with Land Registry searches, SDLT returns, completion statements and mortgage lender enquiries Prep all legal documents for a development site in preparation of plot sales Provide the relevant and up to date advice in line with the Consumer Code for Home Builders Business development - you must be confident maintain and growing contacts within this specialist sector.
