Overview
Would you like to work for one of the largest privately owned companies within the UK who have a presence in over 160 countries across the globe? Are you currently working in a customer facing role but looking for a change? How about a fast paced role within a dynamic team supporting the sales division? Europa are currently looking for a Sales Operator to join their team. You will need a good telephone manner, ideally come from a customer service position and be able to proactively deal with situations & problem solve. Within this position you will be assisting the sales team: Helping them with administrative tasks, Managing a key pool of accounts, Handling in-bound phone calls, Speaking to customers about bookings and calculating a price when required, Entering bookings into the system, ensuring that you all have the required information correctly.
