General Manager – Exciting High-Volume Restaurant Central London £45,000 plus bonus – IMMEDIATE START The Company – This is an amazing opportunity to be part of something special – with a neighbourhood feel this venue sets to stand out for the right reason. The Role: You will be managing a high-volume site taking approx. £80k net a week. Leading a strong management team who will take the lead of the operations. This role is about the details, mentoring your management team and empowering your people to deliver the best possible service and ensure success. You will lead by example and be strategic approach to business. This is about the bigger picture and viewing different business opportunities and make sure the detail is right. Our client likes candidates from a QUALITY branded operation – structure, process and procedures are essential with this role and a great background in training. The Person We are looking for stand out operators, you will come from a High-volume quality led background as a GM or Operations Management position.
