Mandarin speaking Management Accountant, Hull. Salary circa £40,000 benefits assistance with relocation. Your new company Hays Senior Finance is recruiting a management accountant for this long established manufacturing business based in Hull, East Yorkshire. The client requires someone who is fluent in Mandarin. The company works 8 to 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8 to 1 on Friday, 37 hours per week. The company will provide some assistance with relocation costs for anyone interested in relocating to East Yorkshire to join the business. Your new role Reporting to the Financial Controller, the duties and responsibilities include: Production of monthly management accounts Monthly, quarterly and annual financial forecasting Absorption analysis and forecasting Completion of balance sheet reconciliation's Preparation of short-term cash forecasts Managing the finance team to achieve accounting deadlines (4 staff) Identifying and implementing accounting process improvements Preparing and submitting UK and foreign tax returns What you will need to succeed You will be an experienced management accountant who is fluent in mandarin. You will be fully qualified or studying towards the ACCA, ACA or CIMA qualification. You will also have excellent Excel skills. What you will get in return You will receive a starting salary in the region of £40,000 per annum. In addition, you will also benefit from an annual salary review, 25 days annual holiday entitlement (plus bank holidays), contributory pension scheme (contributions matched up to 5%), annual profit share (after qualifying period) and Christmas bonus. The company will also provide assistance with relocation costs for someone moving to the area to join the business.
