Sales Manager - Multi-Franchise Motorcycle Dealership - Swindon, Wiltshire Our client is a respected multi-brand franchised motor-cycles dealership based in Swindon, Wiltshire and has requested our assistance in looking for a dedicated Motor-Cycles Sales Manager. •Salary Indicator: £40,000 OTE - Very competitive basic and excellent bonus scheme. Our client is a well-respected motorcycle dealership, currently looking for a professional Sales Manager to lead the successful sales department of their dealership in Swindon, Wiltshire. The preferred candidate will already have experience in a similar role as they will be expected to hit the ground running in a fast-paced, professional environment. You will manage a dealership sales team whilst simultaneously delivering exceptional levels of customer service, achieving sales targets and delivering budgets. The importance of this appointment means that solid, previous appropriate sales management experience in the automotive sector is ESSENTIAL for this role. Role Main Duties Include: • Drive sales and financial targets • Develop a successful sales team through effective coaching and performance management • Generate sales plans and budgets to include new/used vehicles • Deliver exceptional customer service • Work with the Division and Brand management to formulate policies and procedures to increase sales of new/used machines • To help the dealership achieve industry-leading standards of process efficiency and cost control • Communicate and interact between all departments within the business to determine how sales and profit performance improvements can be made • Manage the stock in line with Division and Brand requirements • Maintain a safe working environment Essential requirements : • Ability to achieve manufacture targets • The ability to demonstrate a highly developed sales ability • Possess excellent interpersonal skills, with drive and enthusiasm • Focus on achieving goals and the ability to demonstrate high achievements • Experience within a similar role • Committed to customer and process excellence We need a sales leader rather than a boss so a significant OTE salary and benefits package, plus excellent career escalation opportunities within a growing automotive group will be available to the right candidate going forward.
