Overview
My client is looking to recruit an experienced Electronic Product Engineer to join their engineering business based in Melksham. The manufacture products used within the defence industry, and are part of a larger group with other sites within the UK. The main function of the role of Electronic Product Engineer will be to support current projects within the business and new projects to the site. Within the role of Electronic Product Engineer, you will work alongside various departments including Production, Technical, Design and Quality etc. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer looking for a position where no day will be the same and be part of a company with growth plans in 2020. The main duties will be: Supporting existing and new projects within the business Creating system solutions including test plans for products manage new product development, prototype designs and builds. Technical support to the sales team for bids and proposals for new projects Designing of components for individual projects The successful candidate will be educated to degree/HNC level and ideally have industry experience within electronics.
