Overview
Our client are a leading global leader in diagnostic measurement and instrumentation. Due to expansion, they are now looking to recruit for a Proposals Engineer to liaise with both Commercial and Operational teams to ensure proposals are issued in accordance with Clients' requirements. Key responsibilities: · Review and interpret all RFQ/tender documentation received as part of the bidding process · Create proposals that meet the needs of the clients’ requirements. · Liaise with legal and finance departments to minimise business risk and other engineering disciplines · Construction of detailed Technical / Commercial proposals in accordance with Tender requirements · Management of technical and commercial clarifications Requirements: · Qualified to HNC/D in Mechanical Engineering or a related subject · Ability to read and interpret technical details, schematic drawings, specifications and data sheets · Understanding of Microsoft applications · Experience within internal sales role · Strong listening skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders. · Plan, organise, schedule, and budget in an efficient, productive manner This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89780012
