Overview
Our client are currently seeking experienced Network & Security Engineers to join them at their office based in Portsmouth. This role will sit within the project engineering team and will be responsible for the development and design scalable and maintainable network architectures that meet our client’s customer’s business objectives. This role will be mostly based on site in Portsmouth however travel to other sites will be required including occasional overnight stays. Other responsibilities will include: · Provide 2 nd /3 rd line support as well as troubleshooting · Perform security maintenance/diagnostics on firewalls · Configure network maintenance and system upgrades (patches, security configurations, hot fixes) · Configuration and installation of network and security devices (routers, firewalls, VPN, switches) · Liaise with other vendors and IT staff to ensure effective problem resolution If you’re an experienced Network Engineer and are looking for an exciting new opportunity please apply below or contact Tamsin for more information This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89788556
