Ad Ops Specialist Buckinghamshire Salary - DOE My client is seeking a motivated, enthusiastic Ad Operations Specialist with a can-do attitude to traffic and optimise campaigns for their business and clients. This role will provide plenty or opportunity to further develop but will be the lead for advertising operations. The Marketing team primarily are focused on targeted marketing including email and display advertising, although being a new role within their marketing team they require somebody to take the lead in a newly created position to manage and optimise campaigns with the primary objective of exceeding client expectations for the performance of their marketing across the business brand. The Ad Operations Specialist will be expected to set an example, support two marketers with their work and develop the skill set within the team. Responsibilities: Lead an advertising operations team and owning the performance as well as strategic and operational direction aligned to the Customer Experience strategy Manage the end to end digital campaigns for all core customers Being the champion of change and making continuous improvements. Trafficking campaigns including Display, Advertising and Email marketing Review and use the appropriate tools and data available for campaign optimisation Provide 'technical expert,' needing to communicate with the client to explain campaign progress and address any blocking issues. Experience in campaign optimization including cost per engagements and improving performance of campaigns with several variables Manage the Ad Operations and conduct regularly personal development meetings Experience Required: Excellent leadership abilities with experience of leading and developing marketing teams Ad Ops champion Previous experience of Audience Extension Must have experience in troubleshooting online campaigns Competent in Website tag Management (GTM & Adobe) Competent in media verification (GTM and Adobe) Competent in other ad-tech platforms (DSP’s and DMP’s) Basic understanding of online sales metrics Strong, intuitive analytical skills a must Why apply for this role?
