Overview
Part-Qualified Management Accountant required for an excellent corporate company based in Birmingham City Centre. This is a great opportunity for someone who is currently studying their ACCA or CIMA qualified to continue progressing within a large company going through a lot of change, offering the chance to move up internally within a fantastic business with history of promoting it's performing employees. - Preparation of monthly management accounts including accruals, prepayments, transfers, and intercompany adjustments - Preparation of balance sheet reconciliations, providing commentary on material monthly movements - Month end analysis of rent & rates income & expenditure by site and against budget/forecast, drawing out reasons for material movements. - Preparation of bank reconciliations and ensuring items are cleared within the client KPI - Cash management - cash forecasts, funding requests and proactive monitoring of cash levels against forecast payments - Deliver additional ad hoc reports as required by the client - Assist with supplier reconciliations, liaising with the processing team in London and across the UK - Develop a full understanding of the QA, RICS and Clients procedures and processes adopted in the QA - training will be provided - Contact point for third party agents to whom we are responsible for making payments to - Continual reviews of processes, systems & controls to ensure that QA is being adhered to, as well as documenting any changes with the Client Service Manual Please do get in touch if this sounds of interest to you.
