We are pleased to announce that RT have been successful in securing another project in Swindon. This a fantastic opportunity for experienced Children and Families Social Workers to work in a great local authority with colleagues and managers that really care about their families. We have been proud partners with Swindon since 2018 and have worked alongside them on their improvement journey to achieve their Grade of Good from their last Ofsted inspection in 2019, excellent being the next goal. About the role You will be working in a long term team undertaking CIN work and progressing the cases through to closure or moving them along the correct trajectory. You are guaranteed a capped caseload of 18 children. There is free parking with this post and you will receive a parking permit which covers the whole of Swindon. Our RT Project Manager is on site to support and help you navigate the Swindon system and the intricacies of project work. The pay rate is excellent -paid at premium dependent upon experience and also your willingness to produce work of an excellent standard. There is also an expense allowance associated with this opportunity. The location Swindon is a unitary authority, only 10miles in radius, therefore easy to negotiate. On the cusp of the Cotswolds Swindon is situated with close access to the M4 corridor and the beauty of the Wiltshire and Cotswold countryside. The transport links are excellent - both rail and road. Long term cases with the possibility of some court work. Caseload will be 18 children at a time. £40 Pound an hour with £100 Pound in expenses weekly.
