Overview

People Services Project Manager will lead a project to fully exploit system functionality and streamline the provision of all People Services. This role will lead the People Services and Data & Analytics teams and work in collaboration with the People Services Manager Client Details Large organisation Description As a Interim People Services Project Manager you will: Review and streamline all People processes across the full colleague life cycle to ensure optimum efficiency and colleague experience. Develop and agree a comprehensive People Services service proposition and operating model that improves processes by reducing effort and maximizes results including the developing, agreeing and measuring SLA's. Ensure that the core HR system is fully maintained and manage the ongoing relationship with the system and managed payroll provider. Provide agreed MI/ Colleague information, reports and metrics to business stakeholders. Analyse and report MI/ Colleague information to support benchmarking and the development of People strategies and solutions. Ensure effective delivery and execution of processes through collaborating with the People team to translate policies into operational processes, identifying key controls, capacity planning, driving improvement and measuring performance. Establish best practice of Service operations to effectively control cost and mitigate risk and create appropriate back-up systems that ensure continuity of operations plans are in place. Manage the Data & Analytics team and remote People Services team Profile You will have: Extensive experience working in an HR operational / HR Shared Services environment Experience of working in a virtual team, with appreciation of cultural diversity Detailed knowledge of HR and reporting systems Exceptional customer service skills Ability to challenge the status quo and implement process improvements to continually improve the customer and People Partner experience Proven ability to deal with ambiguity and change. Change management and project management experience Demonstrated multi-tasking ability, effective time management, documentation and organisational skills Maintains commitment to the highest ethical standards, including data privacy.
