Overview

Are you a Service Engineer looking for an opportunity to join an established telematics company? Have you got experience working on busses, coaches or trains? Do you have experience in Passenger Wi-Fi, Vehicle Connectivity, Telematics or Vehicle Electronics? MARKET LEADER : This global company has been established for over 20 years and is a national leader in vehicle Wi-Fi, telematics and CCTV systems for public transport operators. THE OPPORTUNITY: These systems can be installed at vehicle build stage or retrofitted so you will visit manufacturers as well as operator depots. You will also be responsible for regular servicing, break down repair and system reporting. You will be given lists of tasks to complete but have the autonomy to manage your own workload and schedule. THE CANDIDATE: A full induction and company training is provided upon employment but to be considered for this role candidates must have a full UK driving licence, knowledge of auto-electrics, telematics or vehicle communications and experience in a field-based role. Candidates from a REME or other military background are encouraged to apply.
