Overview
IT Support Analyst Location – Motherwell, ML1 1RU Hours – Monday – Friday, 0830 - 1700 Are you dedicated to delivering great service and want to join a growing company that looks after its people? As IT Support Analyst you will provide technical support of users and IT systems, and assist in IT Projects across the business. You will be responsible for providing front-line advice, support and service to all end-users; maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through personal aptitude. The individual in this role will have excellent customer service skills, and be able to provide technical support in a demanding and high pressure environment. Essential Skills & Experience • Knowledge and experience in providing support for Microsoft Platforms (Windows 7/10, Server 2012-2019, Office 2010/2016, Office365). • Ability to demonstrate support and administration for Active Directory. • Knowledge of network technologies (AD, DNS, DHCP, VPN). • Ability to support mobile platforms such as iOS and Android. • Experience of supporting enterprise level IT environments. • Successful ability in analysis and troubleshooting skills. • Knowledge of virtualization technologies. • Knowledge of ITIL methodology Desirable • Knowledge of Phone systems administration (IPX, Nortel etc). • Knowledge of Prince2 methodology. We’ll make sure that you have everything you need to do a great job. You will already have experience gained in a similar role.
