Overview
Position: Helpdesk Co-Ordinator/Administrator Location: Redhill Salary: £17,000 - £21,000pa Duration: Perm The company My client are one of the leading Building Services Companies who have been established for over 30 years providing Mechanical and Electrical services to a wide range of commercial clients. They provide Air Conditioning, Ventilation, Commercial Heating, Electrical and more services to blue chip clients around the UK. They are currently looking to add a member of staff to their Helpdesk team based in their Surrey office. This will be a hands on role suitable for a Junior or someone with experience in a similar role. They will provide training for someone if they have no experience. Requirements • The ideal candidate will need to be organised • Confident in dealing with clients, engineers and customers over the phone • Confident using computers and IT Software • Ideally you will have a driving licence due to lack of public transport close to the office Package • Basic salary £17,000 - £21,000 (Dependant on experience) • Pension • Holidays If you are interested in this position, please give Zoe Hartshorn a call on for more details.
