IT Support Analyst / Helpdesk / 1st Line Support Location: Near Gatwick Salary: Up to £26,000 Onsite parking / Benefits Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm Interesting Vacancy - Provide technical support and advice to business customers on my clients Online Software Platform We are looking for a people person with first class communication skills to provide technical support to businesses using my clients Online Platform. You will also enjoy providing a patient, professional service over the telephone, answering and resolving online platform users with their technical queries whilst building a better understanding of the end user needs. Experienced in communicating with business customers via phone and email. Willing to learn and become a subject matter expert. Providing frontline technical support to platform users and managing queries. Analytical, willing to drill into data to find a solution for a customer. Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
