Profile: My client is a Hugely Successful, IT Support Services Company based near to the Redhill, Surrey location that provides managed hosting services to the SME. They are currently seeking a 1st Line IT Support Engineer - Helpdesk Analyst to join a small team of IT Support Engineers who cover a wide spectrum of 1st & 2nd line Support duties. Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for customers regarding IT issues, Incidents and Requests - via phone, email and tickets Logging tasks and documentation fixes via Service Desk call logging system Helpdesk Analyst will take ownership for support queries from start to finish Skills: Junior IT Support Technician with good basic IT understanding Good communication skills both oral and written Excellent problem-solving skills This role would suit an ambitious individual who is looking to start their technical career with a leading company who specialises in cloud computing sector and this role will give you exposure to varying technologies.
