A growing industry leading organisation in Stevenage are seeking a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team. With on-site parking this nationwide company has a dedicated and personable accounts team and are open to further development within an account's role. To be a successful Purchase Ledger Clerk within this company you will require the following: Previous experience as a purchase ledger clerk A good understanding of supplier payment terms Good knowledge of Purchase Ledger practices and procedures Excellent communication skills IT literate Experience using SAGE is desirable but not essential Duties will include: Posting purchase ledger invoices Bank reconciliations Making payments Reconcile supplier statements Coding of invoices Processing expenses Any other ad-hoc duties as required What's on Offer 25 days holiday 8 Bank Holidays Free Parking on site Pension Private healthcare Modern offices Progression opportunities Study support Due to the large numbers of responses we receive, despite our best efforts it is not possible to respond to every application.
