Virtual Service Desk Analyst Contract | Home-based | Permanent | £18-£22k I am currently working alongside a well-known company, who are the leader in their industry, who are in need of a virtual Service Desk Analyst to join immediately. Due to the unforeseen and unfortunate circumstances of Coronavirus, the opportunity has arisen for a home-based analyst to join as the first point of contact, providing 1st line service desk suppport to their users. You be providing support across the company's desktops and laptops, resolving service desk calls and supporting hardware. Some of the operating systems you will be working with; Windows 7/10, Microsoft office, bespoke applications and laptop support. To be successful, you will ideally have proven experience of working in a virtual/home-based capacity , having worked with remote applications such as TeamViewer and with call logging software such as ServiceNow.
