Overview
The Company Nigel Wright are delighted to be supporting our public sector client in Tyne and Wear to recruit an experienced HR Advisor on a temporary basis for up to 6 months. The Role As part of a busy HR team, you will provide guidance and practical support in planning and coordinating organisational restructure plans, providing proactive coaching and guidance to the stakeholders of the organisation. You will effectively participate in a range of HR projects including organisational change, restructures and redundancies. Key Responsibilities; Support and coordinate recruitment campaigns Develop and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders Provide advice and guidance in line with best practise and business objectives Understand organisation requirements and translate into practical delivery Raise and escalate risk proactively Maintain and develop policies and procedures Produce weekly and monthly reports Proactively influence the management team Develop and change working practises The Person To be considered for this role you will have a demonstrable background of having been involved in organisational change and transformation.
