Overview

Growing and exciting retail business in Cirencester are seeking an experienced Payroll Advisor to support a period of leave over the next 3 to 6 months in their busy Payroll/HR function paying between. This role will require candidates to be immediately available or on short notice. Client Details Our client is a well known and thriving organisation in Cirencester with an enviable reputation amongst it's competitors in the retail industry. The offices provide a friendly and hardworking environment alongside on site parking Description As the Payroll Advisor you will be responsible for the following: Ensuring payrolls are processed accurately and on time adhering to corporate and departmental policies and procedures Processing new starters, leavers and any changes into the payroll system Reviewing and processing employee absences Calculation of paid and/or unpaid leave and processing of statutory leave payments Responding, maintaining, and disbursing all types of statutory and non-statutory payments ensuring adherence to country and statutory laws as well as internal procedures Ad Hoc admin and HR duties Profile To be successful in this role you will need to be able to demonstrate the following skill set and behaviours: Experience in processing monthly payroll for 200 employees Ideally you will have experience using ADP Need to have spot on accuracy at all times High attention to detail Excellent communication skills Strong Excel including pivot tables and vlookups Job Offer On offer to the candidate will be a payroll advisor position for an initial 3 to 6 months, with the flexibility of part time hours alongside a competitive rate of pay.
