Junior Technical Support Engineer - Central London Are you a Technical Support Engineer who is looking for an opportunity to progress your career? As a Junior Technical Support Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for customers and will be providing support either by phone, email or live chat. You will also notify clients of any technical updates and product releases to their account, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, escalate issues to the engineering team when appropriate and support on deliveries, unit preparation and order logistics.
