Overview

Central Employment are partnering with a leading manufacturer in Newcastle as they’re looking for appoint an HR Business Partner for the next 6 months. A successful candidate will have experience of supporting global Operations with Employment Law developments, employee-related issues, GMP and working with all Manager and Directors providing advisory service on current issues and plans. Key responsibilities will include the following areas Working with Management & Directors to successfully implement the people strategy across the sites, both in the UK and globally Advising key stakeholders on a range of Employment Law issues Coaching and training management on relevant employee-relation changes Dealing with GMP queries Communicating with L & D team to ensure best practices Working closely with a small HR Team in Newcastle on all generalist HR issues Requiriements Previous experience of playing a key role within HR Operations on a global scale are essential 3-5 years experience as a Business Partner are essential Multi-site experience is also essential, UK or Global- manufacturing experience is preferable Ability to communicate effectively with both junior and senior staff CIPD qualification is desirable Excellent knowledge of Employment Law Very strong computer skills This role is immediate start so please apply with your CV, we are looking to hold telephone interviews in the upcoming days and shortlist candidates by the 25th March.
