Claims Team Manager Up to £30,000 plus benefits Ipswich Within this role, you will be leading a team of claims handlers, being the technical reference point for any queries your team has. This company are looking for someone who is truly supportive of staff and wants to see the team progress as a whole and not just focus on individual success. Your previous experience will have to be within insurance due to the technical aspect of the role, with you being hands on in mentoring and guiding your team for compliance and the customer journey.
