AMAZING OPPORTUNITY FOR A GROUP FINANCIAL CONTROLLER TO JOIN A GREAT BUSINESS, CURRENTLY GOING THROUGH AN ACQUISITION AND THEREFORE EXPERIENCING A LOT OF CHANGE £65,000-£75,000 Accountancy Action is working with a well-established business within financial services that has recently been acquired by a leading global investor firm. Based in West London, they are looking for a qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) accountant to join their driven and ambitious finance team. The successful candidate will ideally have been practice trained, therefore had exposure to face-paced and demanding environments. Duties will include but are not limited to: Help the ongoing improvement of accounting systems, tools and procedures Lead creation of statutory annual accounts for various group entities Responsible for leading the production and analysis of monthly, quarterly and annual reports. All group entities’ consolidations and interim financial statements Manage a team to perform day to day accounting tasks for multiple legal entities To be considered for the Finance Manager position, you will have the following skills and qualifications: ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified 3 years post qualified experience Consolidation and financial reporting experience Excellent technical knowledge and understanding of group structures Previous audit involvement and the capacity to project manage an audit process Desire to work in a fast-moving professional services environment Ability to work to tight timescales whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy Committed to a long term career in accounting within an expanding business Due to the large numbers of responses we receive, despite our best efforts it is not possible to respond to every application.
