Overview
Hays Social Care are looking for weekend support workers Hull and Grimsby area £8.50 per hour. Your new company In your new company you will be working weekends as a support worker - day and night cover is needed. We have a number of clients across various parts of East Yorkshire and North East Lincolnshire, so there will be lots of variety working in different settings. Your new role You will be working as a support worker with adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and challenging behaviour in residential settings. You will be promoting the independence of residents, supporting them in the community and helping them to live a fulfilled life. What you'll need to succeed To succeed in this position, you will need to be open to shift cover and have experience working within Health and Social care which can be referenced. Ideally you will hold an NVQ L2 / L3 in Health and Social Care although this is not essential if you have experience. Being a driver is beneficial due to the locations of work.
