Overview

Agile Business Analyst Triad are seeking to partner with a large Government department on delivering a Business Analysis function to assist with digital service development, transforming and continuously improving user-centred registration and support services. There will be contract and permanent opportunities available. Specifically, this work will involve supporting the established Business Analysis capability on a transformational change programme, for which the department currently have 22 Agile teams, most of which require some additional Business Analysis expertise. Within this large digital delivery programme, several services are in live and beta phases and there is a prioritised roadmap of other services in inception, discovery and alpha phases . Significant user research and business analysis with key user groups has already been completed and Triad's task will therefore seek to build upon this existing knowledge and develop where appropriate. In addition, Triad will look to help the Government department to; Deliver a Business Analysis capability working within the Business Analysis Practice as part of the DDaT Directorate to research; Define and document requirements which accurately reflect the needs of the department's internal business units, external customers and contribute to a culture of evidence-based decision-making. The organisation is currently implementing an aggressive change programme impacting many areas of the business, ranging from delivering a new CRM solution to the digital transformation of legacy casework systems. Skills & Experience Required: Triad will be looking to build a team of around 10 Business Analysts, covering junior, senior and specialist positions. To be part of our team you will need to have experience with the below: Experience of successfully providing business analysis on high-profile, large-scale change programmes including digital services and / or SaaS implementation projects ; A strong understanding of and experience working with Agile delivery methodologies; Experience of developing high standard business analysis artefacts; Proven experience of working within a collaborative culture and of working as part of a multi-disciplinary, client and supplier teams. Government project experience would be desirable. For the senior level positions, experience of mentoring and strong stakeholder management would also be key.
