Business Development Executive Plymouth 20k - 24k DOE + uncapped commission An exciting opportunity has arisen at one of the region's fastest growing IT companies who are on the lookout for a talented sales person to join the team. Working as a Business Development Executive, it'll be your responsibility to create opportunities and win new business. Your natural selling style is consultative and you'll be helping to solve business IT issues through the provision of solutions that'll solve them. Specific IT knowledge will be taught but you must have a passion for technology and an ambition to help our client's businesses succeed. The Role While you will be presented with qualified leads, on occasion, you will be expected to grow your own accounts. This may be from your own existing contacts or leads you source yourself. You will be selling a range of IT and telephony products and services. On-going product knowledge, training and support will be given by the Business Development Manager and career progression is both available and encouraged. The Person If you have a love for sales, get excited by new business and thrive working towards targets this is definitely the role for you. You must have a keen interest in technology but full training will be provided. So as long as you are willing to learn you will fly. There will be some excellent opportunities to build relationships, get out of the office to meet clients and even attend networking events to expand your lead pool. To do all of this a full driving license is required. Having the right attitude and approach to business is crucial and you'll demonstrate the company's strong core values in every aspect of your role. You'll provide an authentic, approachable service and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
