POSITION: Business Analyst SALARY: £40K based on experience, relocation is available HOURS: 37.5 LOCATION: Plymouth, PL6 7TL DESCRIPTION: Our client was founded in 1999, and today comprises 60 people. The company is an award-winning, growing software business, the largest in the South-West. Customers range from the public sector to private sector brands. Due to continued success the company is looking for a Business Analyst. You will work with clients and their stakeholders to fully understand and document business processes in order to identify the current and future challenges and requirements of the organisation. JOB ROLE (not limited to): You will facilitate requirements gathering workshops, webinars, and utilise other skills of Analysts to ensure the requirements provide a complete picture of the solution needed. Once analysed, documented and communicated back, you will be responsible for identifying the right improvements, solution and functionality in order to improve processes, increase efficiency and drive Digital Transformation across the service area and/or organisation. You will actively ensure that the right level of modelling, collaboration, and documentation is achieved throughout the project to support all development, testing, support, handover, and continuous improvement needs. You will manage and support project teams through the development and support lifecycle of the products as well as implementing effective governance, issue and risk management. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: You will have excellent presentation skills and experience of working with all levels of the organisation. You can skilfully manage multiple projects and are able to visit UK clients on a regular basis. You are self-sufficient with the ability to self-motivate and use initiative to think on your feet whilst also understanding you are part of a bigger team. You will manage internal/external resource to ensure effective project delivery and you will identify, utilise and support the value of your team. You will provide direction and guidance that allows project team members to develop clear definition of project activities and deliverable tasks.
