Overview
An industry leading and highly respected Third Party Administrator are currently recruiting for a Pensions Team Leader to join their busy Leeds based team. You will be assisting in the overall management of a team of around 10 employees responsible for managing the daily work load, ensuring SLA's and KPI's are adhered to, providing training and mentoring to new and junior colleagues, performing appraisals and one to ones and acting as the go to point of contact for complex Pensions queries. It is essential to have previous supervisory experience and in depth knowledge of Defined Benefits Pensions arrangements.
